From the loins of Scarlett's indomitable creative devotion, Burlesque: The (parody) Dinner Show is born. Driven by the noble desire to expand herself artistically and the practical necessity to embark on something achievable, Scarlett conjured the vision of an immersive musical theatre experience unlike anything Sydney has ever seen...

However, that didn't work out. And so, Scarlett created Burlesque: The (parody) Dinner Show. Hey, at least those basic millennial b!tches will go for it. 

Trained from a very young age in the art of putting on a loungeroom performance, Scarlett was forged in the fire of shoestring productions early on. Wrangling younger siblings to fill overlapping roles of cast and audience, while enduring the harshest critics of all: ex-performer, most disinterested, baby-boomer parents. From these humble beginnings, her deep-seated compulsion to put on a show, despite whatever obstacles lay in her way, was formed.

And thanks goodness. As it turns out, shows are like totally way harder than you would think. Even burlesque ones. And so someone compulsive and crazy is just what you need. Scarlett's fixation and good fortune have allowed intimate, independent, cabaret dinner shows (like this) to survive against the odds, from lockout laws to COVID lockdowns, and more. 

On the eve of the 9th anniversary of producing weekly dinner show events for Sydney, Scarlett is thrilled to share with you her latest lovechild: Burlesque the (parody) Dinner Show.
